Hartford Truck Equipment provides a lifetime warranty on installation and craftsmanship performed by our team. This warranty applies under normal use and service.
Coverage and Conditions
This warranty covers defects resulting from Hartford Truck Equipment’s installation or craftsmanship. To maintain coverage, all required preventive maintenance must be performed according to the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations. Maintenance records may be requested when evaluating a claim.
This warranty applies only to Hartford Truck Equipment’s labor and craftsmanship. Parts, equipment, accessories, and components may be covered separately by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, overloading, or improper operation
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage resulting from inadequate preventive maintenance
- Parts or components covered by a manufacturer warranty
- Lost wages, lost income, business interruption, or rental-vehicle expenses
Hartford Truck Equipment must inspect and authorize all warranty work before repairs are performed. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed and may void the warranty.
Pickup and Delivery
During the first 90 days following delivery, Hartford Truck Equipment will provide pickup and return delivery for reported warranty concerns. If the issue is determined not to be covered, the customer will be responsible for all applicable inspection, labor, pickup, and delivery charges.
